grounding in the “I” of the storm
A 90-minute breathwork workshop where we will be guided to reconnect with ourselves, explore inner blockages, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and well-being. Through breath, we’ll open up space for healing, self-expression, and personal growth, supporting you in aligning with your authentic self and creating meaningful change in your life.
*Everyone will receive a RECORDING of this class if you can’t make it live.
About This Event:
We will explore the practice of connecting ourselves with the mystery of nature, and the immense support it offers our soul.
In this workshop we will explore the “storm passing through” as a metaphor for getting through struggle or conflict in our lives. There’s a lot of change in the world today, and the meaning we place on that change makes a difference in our individual experiences.
The “I” of the storm is your wholeness and spiritual essence. It is where you can experience the storm without resisting it, find new ways of relating to it, and find meaning within the chaos.
At every turn, our well-being is held hostage or liberated by what we make our experiences mean.
Through a breathwork practice we will ground ourselves in our wholeness and worth, and reshape how we interpret situations in our lives – to support a more peaceful outlook with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.
Bring your most memorable and mysterious nature encounter to include in your breathwork journey.
About Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful, active breathing technique that promotes personal growth and physical healing. By infusing the body with energy through deep, connected breathing, it helps release tension, stuck emotions, and trauma that may be locked in the body. As we work through these blockages, the breath becomes a tool for awareness, relaxing the mind and inviting healing and transformation.
Through this practice, we can shift our energy from feeling stuck to feeling free, stepping into a more empowered, conscious way of being. Breathwork not only deepens our connection with ourselves, fostering self-love, but it also helps us align with our purpose, talents, and intuition, creating a profound connection with the world around us.
