The Tools I Use
Breath: Deep connected breathing to release tension and emotional patterns.
Movement: Somatic and creative movement to release energy stored in the body.
Sound: Vocalization, instrumental sounds, or recordings to support the nervous system.
Meditation: Each session begins and ends with meditation to center and ground the experience.
Other Tools: We may use essential oils, sound bowls, crystals, and other healing tools to enhance your experience.
The Techniques I Use
Pranayama Breathing: A self-healing breathing technique, taught by David Elliott, that helps clear emotional blocks, release stored trauma, and bring balance to the body and mind. A favorite with the people I work with due to the dynamic results of empowerment, spiritual growth, and a connection to self-love. As the mind relaxes, the body follows, allowing for emotional release and greater awareness.
BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release (BBTRS): BBTRS combines breathwork, movement, sound, and bodywork to release deep-seated physical and emotional trauma stored in the body. This system works at the cellular level to free up tension and restore the body’s natural energy flow, supporting holistic recovery.
Through BBTRS, participants:
Release trauma and tension held in the body.
Restore balance and emotional resilience.
Reconnect with their body and mind for deeper healing and self-awareness.
BBTRS is designed to integrate the body, mind, and spirit in a safe, supportive environment, promoting full recovery from trauma and fostering long-term emotional well-being.

Where awareness goes - energy flows.
Through the breathwork journey, we begin to gain clarity about ourselves, our stories, what blocks us and how those blocks manifest in our decisions and relationships. Our development, or healing, accelerates as we become less reluctant to do the breathing and the work. There is a tremendous increase in awareness to the connections within, and outside of you. Through this grounding practice, you’ll learn the value of getting out of your head, into your body, and developing a sustaining relationship with your intuition, creativity, and the healing power of your Essence.
