A 90 minute breathwork workshop where we will be dipping our toes into the practice of connecting ourselves with the mystery of nature, and the immense support it offers our soul.
Bring your most memorable and mysterious nature encounter to include in your breathwork journey.
Bring your offering to the ceremony of letting go.

About This Event

This 90 minute breathwork workshop will guide us back into ourselves, to a place where we are connected to everything, everywhere – at home in self love. It’s through true love and acceptance of our authentic selves that we find healing.

Through self-loving practice we remember that we are safe, life is safe, and expressing your authentic self is not only safe, but immensely fulfilling.

Happiness is a daily discipline, not a switch – give yourself permission to practice it :)

Self-love gives us the ability to express ourselves outwardly with others, in a new way. We learn to approach relationships in a healthy way with clarity, boundaries, giving, receiving, and freedom.

We’ll explore what it means to allow your essence to reflect through you, and to trust yourself to live in the energy of your spirit.

 

About Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, active breathing technique that promotes personal growth and physical healing. By infusing the body with energy through deep, connected breathing, it helps release tension, stuck emotions, and trauma that may be locked in the body. As we work through these blockages, the breath becomes a tool for awareness, relaxing the mind and inviting healing and transformation.

Through this practice, we can shift our energy from feeling stuck to feeling free, stepping into a more empowered, conscious way of being. Breathwork not only deepens our connection with ourselves, fostering self-love, but it also helps us align with our purpose, talents, and intuition, creating a profound connection with the world around us.

 

What to Know

  • Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before our group begins.

  • How to prepare your space: Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow something to cover your eyes (not required). Water and a journal are a nice touch too. Feel free to bring anything else that will help you feel at ease, as you’ll be lying down during the Breathwork journey.
