In this 90 minute breathwork workshop we will explore ways in which we block ourselves from freely expressing who we are, what we want, and where we want to be.
Through exercises and discussions, we’ll come up with personal tools and practices that support you to live in your Fire, get out of your own way, and creatively express yourself..
About This Event
In this breathwork group we will embark on a powerful journey through a 30 minute group discussion, and a breathwork practice. Each individual will create an intention for themselves, and the group will work together to gain new insights that will expand awareness and understanding for all. We will close the circle with an opportunity for anyone to share or discuss their experience if they desire. A recording of this workshop will be sent out within 24 hours of its close.
Breathwork groups are a powerful way to amplify the energy and healing of all who are present. They are valuable in creating meaningful relationships, connections, and community.
About Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful, active breathing technique that promotes personal growth and physical healing. By infusing the body with energy through deep, connected breathing, it helps release tension, stuck emotions, and trauma that may be locked in the body. As we work through these blockages, the breath becomes a tool for awareness, relaxing the mind and inviting healing and transformation.
Through this practice, we can shift our energy from feeling stuck to feeling free, stepping into a more empowered, conscious way of being. Breathwork not only deepens our connection with ourselves, fostering self-love, but it also helps us align with our purpose, talents, and intuition, creating a profound connection with the world around us.
What to Know
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before our group begins.
How to prepare your space: Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow something to cover your eyes (not required). Water and a journal are a nice touch too. Feel free to bring anything else that will help you feel at ease, as you’ll be lying down during the Breathwork journey.
