Harvest In Motion

A celebration of Harvest & Heart

Honoring what we've nurtured and brought to life this year, while allowing space for what's next.

In this 90-minute breathwork workshop, you'll be invited to explore the gifts you've harvested—both seen and unseen—and discover there is always something being created, something to be grateful for, and something to let go of. We’ll take time to reflect on the seeds you've sown and the abundance you've gathered this year, finding gratitude for the journey and space for what's next.

As we come together in community, we'll celebrate our shared experiences through a mix of lighthearted and thoughtful practices, grounding ourselves as we move into the final months of the year; where the energy of stillness and holidays intertwine.

Through ritual, connection, and guided breathwork, we will deepen our relationship with these experiences and create space for new growth and joy as the season unfolds. (And who knows—there just might be some pumpkins involved too!)

 

In this workshop we will:

Connect: We’ll begin by sharing our thoughts and intentions around the themes of what we’ve harvested from this year so far and what this moment is calling for us to bring forth using a “Harvest of the Heart” ritual as our guide.

Breathe: You’ll be guided through a curated Breathwork Journey, incorporating sound, and gentle movement to deepen the experience. This practice is designed to support participants of all levels.

Reflect: After integrating the breathwork through meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your experience, sharing as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and answering any questions.

Ground: We’ll close with a grounding practice through a symbolic offering, and set an intention to carry forward. As we leave this sacred space, we will root ourselves in the wisdom of what we’ve harvested and the reflection we’ve shared, carrying the grounded energy of the season with us as we move into what’s next.

 

About Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, active breathing technique that promotes personal growth and physical healing. By infusing the body with energy through deep, connected breathing, it helps release tension, stuck emotions, and trauma that may be locked in the body. As we work through these blockages, the breath becomes a tool for awareness, relaxing the mind and inviting healing and transformation.

Through this practice, we can shift our energy from feeling stuck to feeling free, stepping into a more empowered, conscious way of being. Breathwork not only deepens our connection with ourselves, fostering self-love, but it also helps us align with our purpose, talents, and intuition, creating a profound connection with the world around us.

 

What to Know About This Event:

  • Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before our group begins to park and set up your space.

  • What to bring: Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow or something to cover your eyes (not required). Water and a journal are a nice touch too. Feel free to bring anything else that will help you feel at ease, as you’ll be lying down during the Breathwork journey.
