In each session, we may integrate breath, movement, sound, and meditation to help you release tension and connect more deeply with your body and mind. We’ll begin with a check-in to explore your specific needs and goals. At the end of the session, we’ll reflect on any insights or emotions that came up and answer any questions you have.
