An Open Heart Journey: With Breathwork and Cacao

Join us for a transformative evening of heart-centered healing as we combine the power of Breathwork and a Ceremonial Cacao experience.
Cacao, a sacred plant medicine, will gently open your heart, allowing you to access deeper emotional clarity and healing. Following the cacao ceremony, you’ll be guided through a Breathwork session designed to expand your heart’s energy, inviting more love and connection into your life.
In this mindfully curated environment, we’ve created a nurturing and inspiring space where you can explore and release any emotional blockages that may prevent you from feeling fully connected to your heart.

Our Cacao Ceremony:
Shelly Eilrich will be leading the cacao ceremony, bringing her deep experience in creating sacred spaces and fostering connection. As the founder of Becoming Bohemian Retreats, Shelly has facilitated transformative experiences across the U.S. and beyond. Her nomadic lifestyle reflects her commitment to personal discovery and spiritual awakening. Shelly's heart-centered approach will guide us through the ceremonial cacao ritual, creating an atmosphere of openness and connection.
In this workshop we will:
Connect: Set your intentions and open your heart with a ceremonial cacao ritual, fostering a deeper connection to self and others.
Breathe: Expand your heart’s energy through a guided Breathwork session, inviting love and compassion to flow freely.
Reflect: After integrating the breathwork through meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your experience, sharing as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Ground: Anchor your experience with a closing ritual, carrying forward the energy of openness and connection into your life.

About Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful, active breathing technique that promotes personal growth and physical healing. By infusing the body with energy through deep, connected breathing, it helps release tension, stuck emotions, and trauma that may be locked in the body. As we work through these blockages, the breath becomes a tool for awareness, relaxing the mind and inviting healing and transformation.
Through this practice, we can shift our energy from feeling stuck to feeling free, stepping into a more empowered, conscious way of being. Breathwork not only deepens our connection with ourselves, fostering self-love, but it also helps us align with our purpose, talents, and intuition, creating a profound connection with the world around us.
What to Know About This Event:
Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before our group begins to park and set up your space.
What to bring: Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow or something to cover your eyes (not required). Water and a journal are a nice touch too. Feel free to bring anything else that will help you feel at ease, as you’ll be lying down during the Breathwork journey.
