Union of Self + Spirit is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and give back to yourself through journaling, movement, breathwork, and shared reflection. We will explore what’s present, release what’s weighing us down, and create space for more clarity and ease. Union with Self + Spirit is an invitation to give back to yourself!
The Facilitators:
Brittany Brdecka
As an expert in listening, connection and recovery, Brittany has facilitated whole person health to individuals, families, communities and teams since 2009. She facilitates Introspective Breathwork Therapy, trains as an assistant teacher at One Breath Institute, and serves on the leadership team for SeekHealing’s spring ‘25 SHFT cohort. Brittany facilitates Social Health groups and supports people on their journeys to health, recovery, and authenticity.
Tina Carson
As a licensed Spiritual Practitioner and certified through Integral Body Institute, I bring over 8 years of experience to this practice. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and groups across multiple states, offering tailored sessions that integrate breathwork, trauma release, and personal guidance to unlock potential, address deep-seated patterns, and support lasting transformation along the way. It’s your journey - I’ll walk beside you.
