Grounded: A breathwork workshop for caregivers

Nourish the Giver. Expand the Gift.

As a caregiver, it’s easy to fall into the default of meeting everyone else’s needs—often at the expense of your own. Over time, this can lead to depletion, overwhelm, or exhaustion. By grounding and reconnecting with yourself, the natural ebbs and flows of parenting and caregiving can begin to feel more fluid—opening the door to greater ease.

As you practice centering throughout your day, you strengthen the bridge between your external responsibilities and your internal world of intuition, regulation, and clarity. Which leads to more fulfilled experiences you can be present for.

In this 90 minute workshop, we'll go over some simple supportive centering tools you can use no matter where you are in your day. We will then move into a guided group breathwork session to bring release, ease, and more space in your physical body and mind.


This event is open to all—no prior experience with breathwork is needed. Come as you are.


Registration & Confirmation: once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with details on what to bring with you to prepare for your breathwork experience.

Breathwork is a powerful, active breathing technique that promotes personal growth and physical healing. By infusing the body with energy through deep, connected breathing, it helps release tension, stuck emotions, and trauma that may be locked in the body.
