Root & Rise: A Spring Equinox Celebration
Honoring Balance, Awakening, and New Energy
The Spring Equinox is a moment of perfect balance—the light and dark are equal, the earth is waking, and new energy is rising. This is a time to honor the turning of the season, shake off the heaviness of winter, and step into the warmth of the sun.
We'll come together to celebrate and honor the new season in a space that connects us with the sun, water, earth, fire, and our own bodies as we rise into the season ahead. In this gathering, we'll celebrate growth, awakening, and embodied presence through movement, ritual, and deep breathwork—welcoming the energy of spring with open hearts and grounded intention.
What to Expect…
Opening Fire Ritual & Sun Invocation
Honoring the equinox as a time of balance and renewal
Releasing the weight of winter and welcoming the return of the sun
Movement & Circle Dance
Shaking off stagnation with embodied movement around the fire
A mix of grounding and uplifting movement to awaken the body
Water Cleansing Ritual
A simple practice of washing away the old and stepping into the new
Earth Offering & Closing Circle
Offering a symbol of gratitude or intention to the earth
Closing with breath, stillness, and connection
What to Bring…
A small natural offering (a stone, flower, herb, or something meaningful) for the earth ritual (extras will be provided)
Layers for comfort as we move between fire and stillness
An open heart and a willingness to step into the energy of spring
This event is open to all—no prior experience with breathwork or ritual is needed. Come as you are.
