A 90-minute breathwork circle designed to help you clear stagnant energy, release what’s not yours, and realign with your center. Together, we’ll honor what’s naturally shifting, creating space for renewal and deeper connection. Bring your awareness, an open heart, and something to release into the ceremony of letting go.

About This Event
Through eclipses, we honor what is naturally shifting—just as we are preparing to shift into spring. This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse isn’t about setting new intentions or pushing to make things happen. Instead, it’s about rest, release, and surrendering to what’s already unfolding in our own lives—clearing space for authentic being and conscious doing.
Right now, rest is the medicine. This is a time to clear and let go of what is no longer needed, no longer serving us, or taking up space where something new can come in. It’s about connecting to and practicing discernment—learning to recognize what’s “ours” and what’s not.
Our true power comes from our own energy—our Center.
In this 90-minute breathwork workshop, we will explore
What we are holding onto that is ready to be released
How to clear external energy and reconnect to our own inner state
Making space for renewal as we transition into a new season
We’ll breathe, release, and reclaim our energy.
What to Expect:
In our time together, we will participate in:
A guided discussion on the Full Moon Eclipse energy and what is naturally shifting
Journaling prompts to explore what you are holding onto and what is ready to be released
A 45-minute guided breathwork session to clear external energy and reconnect with your inner state
Space for reflection and grounding as we integrate the experience
You do not need prior experience with breathwork to attend—this session is open to all.
