We will enter into a guided 45-minute Breathwork journey that will allow you to let go of what you no longer need and create space for the new.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses a circular breathing pattern to open and clear the body and the mind of negative emotions and thought patterns. The practice moves negative energy throughout the body and provides a release of strong emotions and physical toxins. It can help restore your body and reconnect you to your creativity, intuition, and return you to the essence of who you are.
Bring: a yoga mat for the lying down breathwork meditation. You may also want to bring a blanket, eye pillow, water, whatever makes you feel comfortable.
